COVID-19

During this difficult time, I am working hard to ensure that I can deliver my services with the minimum possible disruption. However, in order to keep my customers and staff safe, I have needed to make some additional small changes to the way I operate.

In order to manage your events safely, I will be following the guidelines as issued by the government.

  • Regular hand washing with soap and hot water for at least 20 seconds

  • In addition to hand washing, sanitiser will be provided for staff and disposable gloves for serving. Should it be necessary, or requested, the staff can wear face shields.

  • Ensure staff show no signs of Covid 19 symptoms, and are fit to work.

  • Food preparation areas thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before use.

  • Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection.

  • Following the 2 metre distancing rule where possible.

  • Minimise staff and customer interaction where possible

  • Keep staffing number to minimum

  • Increase ventilation where possible, eg. opening windows and doors, and serving food & drink outdoors weather permitting.

  • All food served to customers to reduce the risk of infection.
