We will use this information to put together a quote that we think will suit your needs. We do not add your email to any databases, or lists for the purposes of marketing, by ourselves, or any other organisation.

 

Where do we look after it?

We keep email information on servers operated by our hosting partners in EEA and US whom are compliant with EEA a data protection legislation under the Privacy Shield programme. Any offline physically held data such as diaries and invoices will be kept in a lockable cupboard.

 

Who do we share it with?

The data is for our own use and we do not share it further.

 

How long do we keep it for?

The type of information gathered is to determine how the website is working and enable us to improve its information and functionality to continuously improve the user experience to our website users. We analyse the data collected in an anonymised way; looking at the overall usage and trends through reporting and analysis.

We keep the information on servers operated by our hosting partner in EEA and US but compliant with EEA a data protection legislation under the Privacy Shield programme. Wix.com, our hosting partner, is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States, and therefore adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles.

 

Who do we share it with?

How long do we keep it for?

What information do we collect?

We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to our website. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone, or attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We keep the activity information on servers operated by our hosting and analytics partners in EEA and US whom are compliant with EEA a data protection legislation under the Privacy Shield programme.

The analytics data is for our own use and we do not share it further.

How long do we keep it for?

User-level and event-level data stored by Google Analytics is automatically deleted from Analytics’ servers after 26 months.
